IWG75 Universal M6 140mm Rod Black 10PSI

The Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuator is engineered to deliver maximum boost response and improved control for factory frame turbochargers. Designed as a high-performance upgrade over OEM actuators, the IWG75 series enhances spool, boost consistency, and overall engine efficiency across the entire RPM range.

Product Overview

The IWG75 actuator features an increased working ratio over factory units. This is achieved by increasing the effective diaphragm surface area and refining the internal spring design, allowing greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure—while maintaining fast, responsive operation.

When upgrading with the same base pressure as factory, you can expect:

  • Earlier boost onset
  • Broader boost and torque curve
  • Improved boost hold at higher RPM

Higher base pressure options can further increase performance, though tuning and recalibration may be required.

Available Options

  • Twin Port Universal (UNF) – 14psi / 1.0 Bar (TS-0681-6142)
  • Single Port Universal (UNF) – 14psi / 1.0 Bar (TS-0681-5142)
  • Single Port Universal (UNF) – 10psi / 0.7 Bar (TS-0681-5102)
  • Single Port Universal (UNF) – 7psi / 0.5 Bar (TS-0681-5072)
  • Single Port Universal (M6) – 10psi / 0.7 Bar (TS-0681-4102)

Features

  • Proven IWG75 actuator platform
  • Proprietary Silicone Nomex diaphragm for superior heat resistance and durability
  • Optional spring range from 3psi to 26psi
  • CNC machined billet aluminium construction
  • Stainless steel rod and clevis for strength and reliability
  • Turbosmart locking collar system for precise preload adjustment

Fitment & Notes

This is a universal single port actuator, supplied with a 100mm long M6 threaded rod, making it suitable for a wide range of turbocharger applications.

⚠️ Installation may require custom fabrication, including brackets, clevis, or additional hardware depending on your setup.
