IWG75 Polaris RZR 5psi Product Overview

The IWG75 series increases the actuator’s working ratio compared to factory components. This is achieved through a larger effective diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring calibration, allowing greater leverage over boost pressure and exhaust backpressure—while maintaining fast, precise response.

With factory base pressure, you can expect:

  • Earlier boost onset
  • Broader boost and torque curve
  • Improved boost hold into higher RPM
