IWG75 Ford Focus RS 2.5L Turbo 7 PSI

Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are engineered to deliver maximum boost response from your factory frame turbocharger. With an increased “working ratio” over OEM actuators, the IWG75 range improves boost control, accelerates spool, and maintains consistent performance across the entire RPM range.

This enhanced working ratio is achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring design, providing greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while retaining fast, responsive operation.

Higher base pressure setups can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration may be required.
